25% deposit is required to secure your chosen date with signed Terms and Conditions & completed booking form. This deposit payment is non-refundable. Payment is accepted in the form of a cheque or electronic bank payment. NO CASH is accepted. The final 75% balance is payable 1 month prior to the event along with extras such as drink if applicable.

All our rates are +VAT.

Barn:
Theatre style: 100 delegates
Cabaret (to see a screen using 4’6’’ round tables or halves): 48 delegates
Standing: 200 delegates

House:
Board meeting: 10-15 delegates

Yes, all rates include a screen, projector and a flip chart.

Included within the venue hire are 6x 4’6’’ round tables that can seat groups of 8, or be split in half to seat max 5. Also included are 3 trestle tables each measuring 2’3’’ x 6’. The mezzanine levels have two rectangular tables each measuring 8’ x 4’. The Straw Loft mezzanine can also fit one additional round table.

Yes, the Barn has 5 break out spaces. The L shaped barn has two large rooms downstairs. Upstairs includes two mezzanines that over-look the main room plus an additional bar area.

If you have chosen a rate with food included we will supply your linen, crockery and cutlery. Otherwise, for larger groups your chosen caterer will supply this.

Yes, we supply all glassware including bar glassware.

Yes, we have two large paddocks directly outside the Barn. We can also offer areas on the Farm allowing for ample space – please speak to Pippa to discuss options.

Yes, free car parking is available. Vehicles left at owners own risk.

Yes. For numbers over 60 delegates we do allow your own caterers, however this does incur an additional fee of £1,000 + VAT.

Yes. You may bring your own wine. The Manor Estate charges a service fee of £10 per bottle. This includes the receiving of your delivery, chilling, storage, recycling of used bottles/cardboard and the re-boxing of any leftovers for your collection.

Yes. Depending on your event we offer a choice of drinks packages and have an extensive wine and bubbles list. If you buy from our list then the service charge is not payable.

No Sky lanterns, even the biodegradable with bamboo fittings are not permitted.

Fireworks are permitted if supplied by Distant Thunder.

No, we do not allow you to provide your own bar at any time. The licensed bar within the barn must be used under the conditions of hire. Any unauthorised alcohol brought onto site will be removed and your damage deposit affected.

Yes, we have an iZettle machine which takes card payments, but due to unpredictable rural Wifi we encourage all delegates to bring enough cash for the day if necessary.

Yes, all bar tabs need to be pre-paid before the Event Date.
